Maarit Murka series „Marked“ is touching the limits between reality and fantasy. Is reality the illusion, where we think we are living at the moment, or is more real the concentrated and organised conclusion of the culture that we are consuming. Which side is effecting which and can they be at all separated? Communication between parties is ongoing despite the level of reality and this initiates another reality, which will also start to produce culture. So it is not important if it is a fantasy or realism, energy which is born from this communication is real itself. Important is the aspect of which kind of form and output the energy will take. From there on is starting a possibility of new dialogues and exchange of information.
